Privacy Policy

Founder Mode does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics service, and makes no network requests of any kind.
Game saves
Your saved game is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud key-value storage provided by Apple. That storage belongs to your Apple Account. We cannot read it, and we have no servers that could receive it.
Diagnostic logs
The app can optionally record a log of what happened during a run — where you travelled in the fictional city, what you bought in the game, and how the run ended. This is off by default and the app explains what it does before you turn it on.
The log contains no personal information, no real location data, and nothing that identifies you or your device to us. It is written only to your device and is never transmitted by the app. If you choose to send it to us with the Share button, you are sending it yourself, by whatever method you pick, and only what you can see in the file. You can read the raw contents and delete all logs at any time from Settings inside the game.
What we would have to tell you if there were more
There is no third-party SDK in the app. No advertising identifier is read. No crash-reporting service is embedded. Nothing is shared with data brokers, because nothing leaves the device to share. If that ever changes, this page and the app's App Store privacy label will change with it before the version that changes it ships.
Purchases
The app is free and contains no in-app purchases. If you obtained it through the App Store, Apple's own privacy policy governs anything Apple collects about that download; we receive no personal information from it.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and it collects nothing from anyone of any age.
Your rights
Rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data — under the GDPR, the CCPA or anything comparable — apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none. Everything the app produces is on your device and you can delete all of it by deleting the app.
